The Summer Menu Has Arrived at Forno Margherita
Summer in Palermo has a flavour, and at Forno Margherita it arrives on the table with the new seasonal menu.
Every season, we look at what the land and the market offer at their best, and we let those ingredients guide the next chapter of the menu. This summer, the result is a selection of new pizzas that speak directly to Sicilian tradition while staying true to the careful, unhurried approach that defines everything we make.
At the heart of our process remains what has always distinguished us: a 48-hour leavening, a 35 cm format, and a commitment to working only with ingredients that deserve to be on a properly made pizza. The dough takes its time. The toppings are chosen with care. The outcome is something that rewards anyone who appreciates the difference.
Among the new arrivals this season is La Cucuzza, a pizza inspired by the Palermitan pasta ca' cucuzza. It is a deeply local creation, rooted in the flavours that generations of Palermitans have grown up with, now reinterpreted in the form that Forno Margherita does best. Available through September, it is the kind of dish that asks you to come in before the summer ends.
The summer menu is available from 20:00 each evening, with aperitivo from 18:30. We are located in Via della Libertà 93/E, opposite Villa Zito.
Reservations are recommended.
